Elliot Chan is an Architect registered with the Board of Architects, Malaysia (LAM), with a Bachelor of Architecture from Curtin University of Technology, Australia (graduated c. 1998). Elliot is also a qualified Interior Designer with a Diploma in Modern Institute of Interior Design (graduated c. 1994). Elliot is an associate member of MIID (Malaysia Institute of Interior Designers).

Ar Chua Seng Lim is a professional architect registered with the board of architects, Malaysia (LAM), with a bachelor of architecture from Curtin University of Technology, Australia (graduated c.1998). Chua is also a corporate member of MIID (Malaysia Institute of Interior Designers).

Chua has 20-years extensive experience as an Architect, Interior Designer and Project Manager, having been responsible for a diverse range of projects, while under the employment of United Consultants (Kuching), Studio Reka (Johor Bahru) and Jaya Jusco Stores Bhd (Malaysia).

Kio is also a GBI( Green Building Index) Facilitator and a corporate member of MIID (Malaysia Institute of Interior Designers).

Kio has 20-years extensive experience as an Architect, Interior Designer and Project Manager, having been responsible for a diverse range of projects, while under the employment of Zaini Dubus Richez (ZDR), Kuala Lumpur.
